Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@roselisalashes.com or 1 (844) 529-7177 with your order number and details of the product(s) within 30 days of delivery for approval.

Returns will only be accepted if the product(s) is unopened, unsealed, and unused. Items must be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Demands for a return, over 30 days of delivery will be rejected.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product(s) is approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for any additional shipping charges. In the case that a return is a result of our error, Roselisa Inc will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns of Damaged/ Defective products
In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective and/or damaged, you should promptly contact us at info@roselisalashes.com or 1 (844) 529-7177 with details of the product and a description of the defect within 10 days of delivery for approval.

If the product is approved, the damaged/ defective product can be returned for replacement. A return shipping label will be provided.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@roselisalashes.com or 1 (844) 529-7177 with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange within 10 days of delivery for approval.

Product exchanges will only be accepted if the product(s) is unopened, unsealed and unused. Items must be in the original packaging to be eligible. Demands for an exchange, over 10 days of delivery will be rejected. We will expedite the requested items once we receive the returned items. Please note, that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Canceling Orders
Orders can be cancelled at anytime with a complete refund until it has been processed and fulfilled. If the order has been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has been processed and fulfilled, there will be a 15% restocking fee off total refund amount.
